SCH industrial boiler silencers: all models
To remedy these problems, the BOËT Group has introduced an entirely effective solution: SCH industrial boiler silencers. This type of silencer attenuates exhaust noise from boilers of all makes. Whether gas-fired, oil-fired or equipped with forced-air burners. Three ranges are available: :

These are placed on the flue pipe of combustion equipment. Ideally, they should be positioned as close as possible to the boiler, for optimum results. These devices can be installed in several ways: horizontally, vertically or at an angle. The SCHe model has a cylindrical shape, with the body closed by domed bottoms. Thanks to its steel composition, it encloses an absorptive attenuation system. It is particularly suitable for attenuating low frequencies.
The SCHn model also has a cylindrical body. However, its ends are frustoconical. These are extended by inlet and outlet sleeves. Like the previous model, it is lined with sound-absorbing steel. What makes it different, however, is that it has a warm outer shell.
