QUALITY & SAFETY POLICY
MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
Management is committed to guaranteeing a high level of quality, nuclear safety and customer satisfaction, in compliance with applicable requirements, in particular those of the ISO 9001 and ISO 19443 standards. To this end, it has structured its approach around the following priorities:
1. Quality and Customer Satisfaction
- Putting the customer at the heart of the organization’s concerns
- Ensure compliance, traceability and continuous improvement of processes, products and services
- Handle complaints with rigor, transparency and responsiveness
2. Continuous Improvement and Skills Development
- Maintain a dynamic of continuous improvement of the quality management system
- Develop individual and collective skills through training plans tailored to job and company needs.
3. Design and Product Conformity
- Design and supply technically reliable products that comply with regulatory, normative and contractual requirements
- Develop and enhance product ranges to meet customer expectations and requirements.
4. Economic performance and sustainability
- Contribute to the company’s long-term viability through rigorous, sustainable management of resources and cash flow, and through ongoing, profitable development.
- Ensure the reliability of bids and costings with a view to balanced profitability between BOET STOPSON and its customers
5. Nuclear safety
- Ensuring that nuclear safety is not compromised by other priorities
- Deploy a shared safety culture at all levels of the organization
- Mastering activities, products and services important to nuclear safety (IPSN)
- Provide ongoing and specific training for the employees concerned
- Encourage a climate of transparency and a non-accusatory approach to reporting discrepancies
6. CFSI prevention
- Implement measures to prevent and detect counterfeiting, fraud, substitution or intrusion (CFSI)
- Raising awareness among all internal and external players
- Reinforcing controls within the supply chain
ORGANIZATION AND REVIEW
I personally undertake to mobilize the appropriate resources to implement this policy, and delegate responsibility for Quality and Safety management to the Head of the Quality Department. This policy is subject to regular monitoring and annual review, in line with changes in the requirements and expectations of interested parties.
