Duties of the Quality & Safety Manager

As guarantor of the ISO 9001 and ISO 19443 certified Integrated Management System, Evrard Dollé ensures the conformity of Groupe Boët’s activities. An essential role, particularly in nuclear safety and regulated industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preventing risks associated with noisy industrial facilities
  • Follow-up on internal, supplier and customer quality audits
  • Implementation of continuous improvement plans
  • Promoting a safety culture among teams

He also acts as a conductor, coordinating exchanges between all stakeholders: production teams, certifying bodies, occupational medicine, CARSAT, and demanding customers.

A multi-disciplinary path to industrial excellence

Trained in biology and the environment, Evrard quickly turned his attention to quality and safety. His experience in the medical sector, with the ISO 13485 standard, prepared him to evolve in complex environments.

Its expertise now covers key areas such as :

  • Industrial acoustic studies
  • Vibration analysis and seismic survey of equipment
  • Acoustic dimensioning in constrained environments

A typical day: rigor and prevention

Its daily routine revolves around four main themes:

  • 8:30am: Workshop tour to gather feedback from the field, detect discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
  • 10:00: Handling complaints, emergencies and preparing audits.
  • 2:00 pm: Team training, document update, process harmonization.
  • 4:30 pm: Review of quality indicators and global coordination.

Every task contributes to industrial acoustic safety and operational performance.
