Job description

Do you have a technical background and enjoy analyzing needs to build customized offers? This position, with a focus on studies and costing, will enable you to follow your projects from A to Z, from quotation to collection, with a commercial dimension and occasional travel. To define and design technical solutions for complex projects, the Business Manager will report to the Manager of the Standard Business Unit, with the following responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze customer requirements, dimension acoustic solutions, draw up quotations (costings/quotations), record and track orders through to customer satisfaction and collection.
• Build customer loyalty and expand the portfolio
• Analyze customers' technical needs and design / propose solutions (airflow and acoustics) with R&D support.
• Produce costings and estimates, and determine costs and selling prices using in-house tools.
• Negotiate the various aspects of orders (technical solutions, planning, pricing, administration) through to customer satisfaction and payment collection.
• Ensures and coordinates the follow-up of the commercial relations of its portfolio and the evolution of the situation and the needs of its customers.
• Manage sales development actions to increase the number and quality of calls for tender received, as well as the loyalty of the customer portfolio: follow-up offers, additional proposals, targeted prospecting in the assigned geographical area (France & export), occasional visits to customers.
• Report on activity.
