Since our creation, we have been working with our customers in the energy, industry, construction and local authority sectors, to manage their noise pollution problems in their entirety, including, where necessary, pollution control systems. We design our solutions to take account of all the factors affecting the equipment we work on: acoustics, aeraulics, mechanical integrity, vibration, etc. Our R&D team, made up of PhDs, engineers and machine experts, is in charge of these designs and supports our sales force on a daily basis, including at our customers' sites.

Job description

As an R&D Assistant Engineer, your mission will be to participate in the development of a complete exhaust system with a multidisciplinary approach combining acoustics, aeraulics, mechanics and pollution control. As part of the R&D team, you will contribute to the design, simulation, development and validation of prototypes. You may also be asked to carry out other tasks related to simulation and dimensioning.

Main mission

• Participate in the design and optimization of a complete exhaust system:
  • Design and 3D model the various sub-assemblies of the exhaust system.
  • Perform numerical simulations to assess acoustic, aeraulic, mechanical and pollution control performance.
  • Develop calculation, sizing and costing tools adapted to the needs of the project and future developments.
  • Analyze and synthesize results in the form of design rules and technical notes.
  • Participate, as the project progresses, in defining and monitoring validation tests on prototypes.

Other missions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation and dimensioning tools.
• Provide technical support to teams on mechanical design and numerical simulation issues.
• Participate in the formalization of methodologies, best practices and technical documents.
