Boilermaker team leader (M/F)

The only French manufacturer of soundproofing solutions to be ISO 19443 (nuclear) certified, we internalize design, manufacturing and qualification at our Tourcoing site. Your mission with us As Team Leader, you are the technical and human pillar of your workshop. You supervise a team of boilermakers and ensure that projects are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety and deadlines. As such, you :

• Organize, plan and distribute work within your team (5 to 10 people)
• Lead, support and develop the skills of your employees
• Manage the manufacture of industrial silencers, exhaust lines and pressure equipment
• Guarantee compliance with current standards (CODAP, RCC-M, ASME, ISO 19443)
• Ensure quality monitoring, traceability and compliance with nuclear manufacturing files
• Be the main contact for the design, methods, quality and production departments
• Contribute to continuous workshop improvement (methods, tooling, safety, productivity)
• Play an active role in strategic EPR and EPR2 projects
